v1.4.1: Cleaner modulation and sweeps

A polish pass on the controls that move. Sweeping a wavetable, navigating the fractal, riding a modulated volume or reverb tone, or turning a delay time all glide cleanly now, with the last small clicks and zippers taken out. Your patches, packs, and license carry over exactly as before.

This one is all polish. v1.4 added a lot of ways to keep a sound moving, and a few of those moving controls still stepped or clicked if you pushed them fast, so I went back through the ones that were left.

Sweeping a wavetable's position or its warp now glides sample by sample instead of once per audio block, which you hear most when an LFO or envelope is riding the scan. Navigating the fractal, whether you drag the centre and zoom yourself or let a Path do it, now crossfades between the shapes it rebuilds, so a deep zoom or a quick move stays smooth instead of ticking. A modulated volume no longer clicks the way pan already didn't, sweeping the reverb's tone stays smooth, and turning delay time glides like tape on both the default delay and the frequency shifter. Nothing about your saved patches, packs, or license changes.
